International Women's Day will start with coffee at 10:30, followed by a talk from our guest speaker Cindy Egolf who is a renowned Orchestra Conductor and educator and afterwords lunch.
Lunch is a set menu, if you have a dietry requirements please let us know ahead.

Ms Egolf’s orchestral style is collaborative by design, encouraging individual imagination and artistry within musical ensembles as well as audience involvement in the creative process. Ms. Egolf has broad experience of conducting professional orchestras world wide.
Cindy has earned a Doctorate of Music in Orchestral Conducting from University of Michigan, USA, and further studied at the Tanglewood Institute in the United States, the Sweelinck Conservatory in The Netherlands and Accademia Chigiana in Siena, Italy. Her conducting teachers include Leonard Bernstein, Roger Norrington and Seiji Ozawa.
Ms Egolf has also extensively conducted opera performances and worked closely with singers, teaching diction and vocal production.
Cindy Egolf is also a much sought after public speaker and trainer for project managers, executives and entrepreneurs. She has presented in Monte Carlo “Manage Like a Maestro” for the global Professional Women’s Network and Project Managers International. She also presented “How to Conduct an Orchestra” for the American Club of the Riviera, an Inter-Cultural seminar using the orchestra as a teaching tool for understanding differences and building bridges. She was also the
Keynote Speaker on Leadership and Management in Sophia Antipolis, France and the Society for Intercultural Education Training and Research in Malta.
She has taught master classes, workshops and private coachings on “ Your Authentic Voice”, training for Public Speakers. You can find her conducting and speaking videos on Youtube.
